Bizzo app troubleshooter

No install option in the menu
- iPhone: you must use Safari (or a browser that supports "Add to Home Screen" on iOS 16.4+). Tap Share, then scroll down the list — the option is below the app icons.
- Android: use Chrome or Samsung Internet, not an in-app browser (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook). Tap "Open in Chrome" first.
- Make sure you're not in private/incognito mode — installing is disabled there.
- Still missing? Use "Add to Home screen" / "Create shortcut" — it works the same way.

App won't load or shows a white screen
- Close the app fully (swipe it away) and reopen it.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out the network.
- Clear the browser's data for the Bizzo site, then open it in the browser once before using the icon again.
- Update Safari (iOS update) or Chrome (Play Store).
- Delete the icon and add it again from the browser — takes 20 seconds and resets a broken shortcut.

App keeps logging you out
- Allow cookies for the Bizzo site in your browser settings.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Battery → Unrestricted, so the app isn't killed in the background.
- Don't use Bizzo on two devices at the same time — a new login can end the old session.
- Save your password so Face ID / fingerprint can fill it instantly if you are logged out.

Games freeze, lag or won't start
- Close other apps and browser tabs — live dealer streams need memory.
- Switch to Wi-Fi or a strong 4G/5G signal; lower the stream quality in live tables.
- Turn off Low Power Mode / battery saver, which throttles graphics.
- If one game fails but others work, it's the game provider — try again later or pick another title. Your bet is settled server-side.

The Bizzo icon disappeared
- Search your phone for "Bizzo" — it may have moved to another screen or folder (App Library on iPhone).
- Clearing Safari/Chrome data can remove the web app — just add it again.
- Phone updates sometimes reset shortcuts; reinstalling takes 20 seconds.
- Your account and balance are untouched — they live on Bizzo's servers, not in the icon.

Site blocked or "not available in your region"
- Turn off VPN, proxy and iCloud Private Relay.
- Test another network. If it fails everywhere in Australia, the address may be blocked by ISPs at ACMA's request.
- Don't use random "mirror" links or VPNs to get around it — fake mirrors steal logins, and VPN use can breach the casino's terms.
- Only use addresses sent by Bizzo itself or confirmed by its live chat.

Install free spins didn't arrive
- Make sure you added Bizzo to the home screen and opened it from the icon while logged in.
- Check the Bonuses / Promotions section in your profile — spins may need activating.
- The offer is usually for new accounts, one per player/device, and may have expired or changed.
- Ask live chat to check — mention you installed the app and when.

An APK won't install
- Stop — Bizzo doesn't publish an official APK in Google Play, so any APK you found comes from a third party.
- Android blocks unknown sources for a reason: don't disable Play Protect to force it.
- Use the web app instead: Chrome → ⋮ → Install app. Same games, same account, no file.
- If you already installed an APK, delete it, change your Bizzo password and turn on 2FA.

App won't load, white screen or endless spinner
A blank screen usually means the cached copy is broken or the network can't reach Bizzo.

App won't install
Installation only works from a proper browser, in a normal (not private) tab.
- iPhone: Safari → Share → scroll down → Add to Home Screen. Other iOS browsers only support this on iOS 16.4+.
- Android: Chrome → ⋮ → Install app. If only "Add to Home screen" appears, use it — same result.
- Telegram, Instagram, Facebook links: tap "Open in browser" first.
- Work phones: device management may block installs — use a personal device.
Full reset: reinstall the Bizzo app cleanly
When nothing else works, a clean reinstall takes two minutes and fixes almost everything.
- Delete the Bizzo icon
Long-press → Remove / Uninstall.
- Clear Bizzo's site data
iPhone: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → Bizzo → Delete. Android: Chrome → Settings → Site settings → All sites → Bizzo → Clear.
- Open Bizzo in the browser and log in

Why is the Bizzo app not working?
Common causes are a weak or blocked connection, a VPN, an outdated browser, cleared site data, or installing from an in-app browser. Reopen the app, switch networks, turn off VPN and reinstall from Chrome or Safari.
Why can't I install the Bizzo app?
You need Chrome/Samsung Internet on Android or Safari on iPhone, outside private mode. In-app browsers (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook) can't install web apps.
Will reinstalling the Bizzo app delete my account?
No. Your account, balance and bonuses are stored on Bizzo's servers. Deleting and re-adding the icon only resets the shortcut.
The Bizzo app says the site is unavailable in my region — what can I do?
Turn off VPN and private relay. If you're in Australia without a VPN and it still fails, the address may be ISP-blocked. Use only addresses provided by Bizzo and don't use VPNs to bypass blocks.
