How to log in to the Bizzo app: 4 steps
It's the same account and the same login as the website.
- Tap the Bizzo icon
Don't have it yet? Install the app in 20 seconds.
- Tap "Log in"
At the top of the screen, next to Sign up.
- Email + password
Or tap the key/autofill suggestion and confirm with Face ID or fingerprint.
- 2FA code
If enabled, enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Set up Face ID or fingerprint login
Your phone stores the password; your face or finger unlocks it. Set it up once.
iPhone
- Settings → Passwords → Password Options → AutoFill on
- Log in to Bizzo once and tap Save Password
- Next time tap the key above the keyboard → Face ID
Android
- Settings → Passwords & accounts → Autofill: Google
- Log in once and tap Save when Chrome asks
- Enable "Use screen lock before filling passwords"
Two-factor authentication on mobile
Turn on 2FA in profile → security. With an authenticator app on the same phone, it adds about three seconds to each login and blocks almost all account takeovers.
- Use Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or the iPhone Passwords app
- Save the backup key — it's the only way back in if you lose your phone
- Never read a code to someone who contacts you claiming to be Bizzo support
App keeps logging you out? Fix it
The app forgets you when the phone clears its session. Four settings solve it.

Forgot your password on mobile
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen, enter your email and open the link from Bizzo's email. After resetting, update the saved password on your phone so autofill doesn't insert the old one.
No email? Check Spam and Promotions, and search for "Bizzo". Still nothing — open live chat from the app (it works while logged out).

How do I log in to the Bizzo app?
Open the app from your home screen, tap Log in, and enter your registered email and password, plus your 2FA code if you use it.
Can I log in to the Bizzo app with Face ID or fingerprint?
Yes, via your phone's password autofill. Save your Bizzo password in iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager, and Face ID or your fingerprint will fill it on the login screen.
Is my Bizzo app login the same as on the website?
Yes. It's one account. Use the same email and password on the app, mobile browser and desktop.
I forgot my Bizzo password — can I reset it in the app?
Yes. Tap Log in, then Forgot password?, enter your registered email and follow the link in the email. The link may open in your browser; after resetting, go back to the app and log in.
Why does the Bizzo app keep logging me out?
Usually blocked cookies, battery optimisation closing the app, or logging in on another device. Allow cookies, set your browser's battery use to Unrestricted on Android, and play on one device at a time.
