Why we built an app guide
Search "Bizzo app" and you'll find download buttons for APK and .exe files nobody can vouch for. We wanted one place that tells the truth: there's no store app, the official app is a web app, and here's how to install it safely on every device.
We cover the whole journey — from "is there an app at all?" to "why won't Add to Home Screen show up on my iPad?" — and we keep pages short enough to use while you're holding the phone.
The devices we test on
A mix of current and older hardware, because many readers aren't on the newest phone.
Phones & tablets
iPhone and iPad with Safari; Android phones and tablets with Chrome and Samsung Internet.
Computers
Windows with Chrome and Edge; Mac with Chrome, Edge and Safari's Add to Dock.
What we run through
Install, first launch, login with biometrics, sign-up, deposits, a withdrawal request, games on mobile data and Wi-Fi, uninstall and reinstall.
How often
Monthly, and whenever a browser or Bizzo update changes a step.
What we will and won't do
Our rules are simple: show the safe way, say what we don't know, and never push a file.
